OMG you guys. It is almost noon and I am just now able to sit down and write this.
After doing some research and seeing how I feel, I definitely have had chronic dehydration from all the coffee and spark I have been drinking every day..
As I go through the cleanse I might actually gain weight (water weight since I‘be been dehydrate) while at the same time lose fat/clean out my fat cells.
Daily Weight: 127.2 lbs ( -1.4 lbs from day 1)
8 am and had my 16 oz water with 1/2 lemon squeezed.
8:30 am 16 oz celery juice
9:30 am 1 cup of cooked oats w/ blueberries
11am applesauce
12:30pm salad with squeezed lemon and 1 baked sweet potato
3:15pm apple banana cinnamon smoothie
6pm Potato, yellow pepper, tomato, cilantro, lemon, celery, carrot soup
9pm Immune Tea
9:30pm 16 oz squeezed lemon water
I woke up feeling sluggish and even more tired than yesterday. 2 hours later I had a raging headache and felt really cold and my body felt very sensitive. I finally took 2 aleve and that def helped! This is definitely a sign of cleansing as the toxins are being pulled to The surface making my body feel sick.
I had to take a break and come back.. it is 4 pm and I had to take 2 more aleve.
