Life, health, travel and fun with Sara
Today I woke up feeling less sluggish and more motivated to do things with no headache! WIN! Today we up the 16 oz to 24 oz of celery juice. I can definitely say that I feel way less bloated and everything is just kinda getting sucked in around my back and my stomach. I didn't expect to lose weight so that's interesting I have lost 3 lbs. However, the book does talk about how during this cleanse your body will go to the weight it was meant to be and the more weight people are holding onto the more water weight you are storing as well. You could be holding anywhere from 2-30 lbs water! Obviously, the more you weigh the higher the number will go. I have found that I feel really good at 125 lbs. The lowest I have weighed was 120 lb and the most I have weighed was 138 lbs.
A few years ago I did a similar cleanse and I remember that I felt more toned after that than anything exercise alone has ever made me feel. During this cleanse we want to rest our bodies so they can recover and repair the continuous damage we put them through every day. If you have never done a cleanse I highly recommend this one. I would not be able to stick with a cleanse if I was starving. The food you make and eat on this cleanse are specific foods that help the liver regenerate and detox the kidneys and liver.
Daily Weight 125.6 (-3 lbs from day 1)
